Thank you for shopping with Muslim Reads. We work hard to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and with care. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.


1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on our website are final.
We do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind or any other reason except as stated below.


2. Refunds for Duplicate Orders

Refunds are only issued in cases where a customer has unintentionally placed a duplicate order for the same item.

To request a refund for a duplicate order, please email us at emuslimreads@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Include the following:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Email used at checkout

  • A note stating that the order was duplicated


3. Damaged or Defective Physical Products

If you receive a physical product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

We will offer either:

  • a replacement, or

  • a refund (depending on stock availability).

To process your request, please email us with:

  • photos or videos of the damaged/defective item

  • your order number

  • a short description of the issue

4. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

All digital products—including eBooks, downloads, and other electronic files—are non-refundable once delivered, as access is granted instantly.

Duplicate purchases are the only exception.


5. Refund Processing Times

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Processing time:

  • 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
