At Muslim Reads, we aim to deliver your physical book orders quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping terms.

1. Order Processing

  • All physical book orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • your delivery address

  • your selected shipping method

We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Expedited Shipping

  • International Shipping

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or seasonal factors.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear after dispatch.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.

6. Returns and Damages

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at emuslimreads@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will assist you.

7. International Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
