Muslim Reads offers certain services and order options that may be available as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how these options work, including how you may modify or cancel them.


1. Subscriptions

Some services on our website may be offered as recurring subscriptions, meaning you are charged automatically at the renewal interval you select.

When you purchase a subscription:

  • You will receive recurring charges based on the delivery frequency or service schedule you selected.

  • Your payment method will be stored securely for automated billing.

  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.

Cancelling or Changing a Subscription

You may cancel or update your subscription at any time by:

  • Clicking the “Manage Subscription” link in your order confirmation email, or

Any cancellations made before the upcoming renewal cycle will prevent further charges.

2. Pre-Orders

Some items may be offered as pre-orders if they are not yet available.

When purchasing a pre-order:

  • You may be charged upfront or when the item becomes available (as shown at checkout).

  • You may cancel a pre-fulfillment pre-order at any time.

  • Once fulfilled, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a refund according to our Refund Policy.


3. Try Before You Buy

We do not currently offer try-before-you-buy options.
If we introduce this option in the future, full terms will be displayed at checkout.
