Honest answers
Questions people ask us
What happens after I place my order?
Your Qurbani is performed in Makkah by our own team, usually within 24 hours. Filmed proof of the sacrifice and your signed certificate are then emailed to you, and you can confirm any completed order on our Verify page.
Who receives the meat?
The meat is distributed to families in Makkah. Your sacrifice is completed in the holy city, and the meat it provides is shared with households there — so the act you complete feeds people in the very place it was performed.
What is a Sadaqah Qurbani?
A Sadaqah Qurbani is a voluntary sacrifice, offered purely for reward rather than to settle an obligation, and it can be given at any time of year. It is what most of our customers choose.
What is the difference between Sadaqah and Damm / Kaffarah / Fidyah?
Sadaqah is voluntary, offered purely for reward. The others settle specific obligations: Damm for a duty missed during Hajj or Umrah, Kaffarah for actions that call for a sacrifice in recompense, and Fidyah for missed fasts. If you are settling a Damm, our dedicated Damm in Makkah page is the simplest route.
Will I see proof?
Yes, always. Every order includes filmed proof of the sacrifice and a signed certificate in the beneficiary's name — there is nothing to request and nothing extra to pay. Both arrive by email once your Qurbani is completed.
Can I add the beneficiary's name?
Yes — add it in the Names step on this page. The Qurbani is performed on behalf of that name, and your signed certificate carries it. You can name yourself or a loved one.
Can I order more than one?
Yes. Increase the quantity when you order — you can add more than one name at higher quantities — and filmed proof with your signed certificate is included with your order, as always.
