When you give a gift, Waqf or sacrifice through us, you're trusting us with something sacred — carried out thousands of miles away. So we show you it happened. Here's exactly how, honestly and in full.
Carried out by our own team in Makkah & Madinah. Your order is handled in person on the ground in the Haramain — not passed down an anonymous chain.
What you receive — every gifting, Waqf & sacrifice order:
- Photo or video proof of the distribution, placement or sacrifice your order was part of
- A signed certificate, dedicated in your name or a loved one's
- Emailed to you, with a QR code to view your certificate online
How long it takes — honestly:
- Gifts: most are distributed within about 5–7 days of ordering (batches go to our team every Monday, Wednesday and Friday; some sooner, some later); proof usually within 24–48 hours of distribution. Timings are estimates.
- Sacrifice: usually completed within 24–48 hours, proof shortly after.
We'd rather tell you the real timeframe than promise an instant video and leave you wondering.
What the proof shows. Our team films and photographs the real distributions as they happen. Your media shows the distribution your order was part of — genuine footage from the ground, not stock images.
